Museum of Ice Cream in Chicago is seeking a Show Ambassador to deliver energetic guest experiences through scripted performances and spontaneous interactions, while supporting retail shop, bar, and ticketing operations. You’ll help create magical moments and connection with visitors.

The role rewards enthusiasm, teamwork, and reliability; you must be 18+, provide English communication, be able to stand and move for long shifts, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift on Fri, Sat, Sun.
• English proficiency for effective communication.
• Stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Teamwork in a high-energy environment.
• Bend/lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Performance: bring exhibits to life and create memorable experiences.
• Sales Across Key Business Areas: support retail shop, bar, buffet, and ticketing.
• Ice Cream & Treat Delivery: assist with delivering treats to guests quickly.
• Hospitality & Service: provide positive guest support throughout the experience.
• Event & VIP Setup: assist with performances and VIP events.
• Collaboration: work with Service and Show Teams for cohesive experiences.
• Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Perform Other Duties: assist manager as needed.
