Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream in Boston seeks a Show Ambassador to deliver high-energy, interactive guest experiences through performances and engaging interactions across exhibits, retail, and cafe areas.

You will support sales, help with events and VIP experiences, collaborate with Show and Service teams, and handle setup, delivery, and maintenance. Seasonal employment up to six months; must be 18+, have a Food Handler certificate, and be available weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Food Handler or ServeSafe certification.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Standing and walking for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Team-oriented in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to bend/lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Guest engagement & performance using scripted guides and spontaneous moments.
• Sales across MOIC's retail shop, bar and cafe, and ticketing.
• Ice cream and treat delivery to guests quickly and courteously.
• Provide hospitality and service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with events and VIP setup for special guests.
• Collaborate with Show and Service teams for a cohesive experience.
• Setup, cleanup and maintenance to keep spaces welcoming.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
