Job summary
Museum of Ice Cream in Chicago seeks a Show Ambassador to create magical guest experiences through performances, interactions, and retail support.
You will engage guests, deliver ice cream and treats, assist with events and VIP experiences, and collaborate with the Service and Show Teams to maintain a vibrant atmosphere.
Ideal candidates have hospitality or retail background, are 18+, can work weekends, and enjoy a high-energy environment.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Able to work an 8 hour shift on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- English proficiency is required for effective communication.
- Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
- Team work in a high energy environment.
- Bend/lift up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement & Performance: use guides and dynamic acts to bring exhibits to life.
- Sales Across Key Areas: support retail shop, bar and ticketing.
- Ice Cream & Treat Delivery: assist service team in delivering items quickly.
- Hospitality & Service: provide positive guest support throughout the experience.
- Event & VIP Setup: support performances for events and VIP guests.
- Collaboration: work with Service and Show Teams for a cohesive guest journey.
- Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: keep museum clean and welcoming.
