Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Lead to mitigate theft and fraud in high-shortage areas and maintain a safe, secure store environment. You will train and develop Shortage Control Associates and collaborate with store leadership to identify theft incidents and promote shortage education.

Responsibilities include conducting store audits, supporting internal controls, and assisting in the semi-annual inventory process while modeling safety and managing stressful situations.
