Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or shortage reduction programs.
• Ability to train and develop associates in security practices.
• Strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide deterrence of dishonest behaviors across the store with confident leadership.
• Identify and report theft indicators and partner with leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Assist in training and onboarding of shortage reduction programs for associates.
• Support store leadership during inventory processes and audits.
