Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and loud, friendly greeting to promote a sense of control.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Adhere to designated dress standards and wear radio/earpiece and be presentable at all times.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate effectively with leadership during store rallies.
