You will monitor entrances and high-risk areas, greet customers, and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty. The role emphasizes awareness, safety, and teamwork, with part-time hours and potential benefits including associate discount.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring the store environment.
• Confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and understand business trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Strong leadership skills to foster productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
