• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and provide a sense of control and security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious persons to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support safety and security programs.
