Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; graduate degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR, or related disciplines.
Experience leading enterprise-scale talent, learning, and leadership portfolios in a complex organization.
Strong ability to translate strategy into integrated talent strategies, roadmaps, and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and lead shoreside talent development strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
Oversee talent lifecycle processes including succession, performance, and career development.
Lead governance, operating rhythms, and prioritization for the talent portfolio.
Ensure data-informed decisions, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of talent tools and platforms.
