Job summary

Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Director of Talent Discovery & Selection – Shoreside to lead global recruitment. You’ll build pipelines, govern end-to-end hiring, and partner with executives to align talent with strategic goals.

Strong Workday and AI recruitment experience are required. Lead a diverse team, drive KPI-driven recruiting, and partner with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand while ensuring compliant, data-driven hiring practices across all shoreside

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, organizational psychology, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in cruise, hospitality, maritime, or travel industries.
• Recent Workday experience and recruitment analytics tools.
• Global recruiting practices and multi-jurisdictional employment knowledge.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing recruitment teams.
• Deep full-cycle recruiting expertise across corporate shoreside functions.
• Strong sourcing, passive candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
• Experience implementing AI-powered recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end shoreside talent acquisition strategy for US and international operations.
• Forecast hiring needs with leadership; build succession pipelines; align with business goals.
• Establish KPIs/SLAs for recruitment metrics and oversee workforce planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent specialists; drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Engineered advanced sourcing methods; partner with marketing to strengthen EVP and brand.
• Ensure compliant, fair, and data-driven selection processes and decision-making.
• Leverage Workday analytics to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting.
