Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Lead in Product Strategy and Development to shape and drive analytical efforts guiding portfolio strategy for newbuilds, fleet modernizations, and private destinations. Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; 7+ years related business analysis, corporate finance/development experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with all levels.
• Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the cruise industry preferred.
• Financial and Business Diligence: analyze travel and hospitality operations.
• Financial Modeling: evaluate data to support goals.
• Analytical: use logic to identify strengths and opportunities.
• Complex Problem Solving: develop options and implement solutions.
• Presentation: create and present analyses to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and business cases for newbuilds, fleet modernization, and private destinations.
• Lead decision making on business cases for these portfolios.
• Serve as liaison between project teams and corporate teams.
• Create board materials to secure funding for projects.
• Identify opportunities to pursue newbuilds and private destinations.
• Build financial models for projects and update assumptions.
• Oversee business development activities and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with Finance to secure funding for development projects.
• Negotiate opportunities with external stakeholders for future projects.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to guide product design decisions.
