Job summary

Starboard Cruise Services seeks a People Business Partner to lead HR programs and talent initiatives on our cruise brand(s). You will partner with shipboard leadership to optimize workforce, engagement and performance, while ensuring policy compliance and risk mitigation.

The role spends significant time onboard or coordinating with retail management and associates, driving a positive employee environment and culture across vessels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7-5 years of experience in HRBP or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HR programs and compliance in a travel/hospitality setting

Responsibilities

• Lead employee experience initiatives and HR programs on assigned cruise brand(s)
• Drive talent management, succession planning and performance processes onboard
• Manage employee relations and investigations with leadership involvement
• Collaborate with management to optimize shipboard workforce and engagement
