Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Director of Talent Discovery and Selection – Shoreside to lead end-to-end US and international shoreside recruitment, partnering with executives and HR to attract top executives and professionals who align with the company’s Gold Standards.

You will build talent pipelines, implement data-driven hiring, oversee a team of talent specialists, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from application to onboarding, while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with leadership experience.
• Experience in cruise, hospitality, maritime, or travel sectors.
• Proficient with Workday and analytics tools; multi-jurisdictional hiring.
• Experience implementing AI-powered recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end shoreside recruiting strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead a team of talent specialists and partner with executives to forecast needs.
• Develop pipelines, set KPIs and drive data-driven hiring decisions.
