Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Director of Global Crew Travel and Logistics to lead the strategic and operational execution of crew movement worldwide from Miami. You will oversee air operations, accommodations, transportation, and vendor partnerships to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective crew movement.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to modernize processes, automate workloads, and raise service standards while managing substantial annual spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Hospitality, Aviation, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience leading large-scale, complex operational organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading global, high-volume travel, airline operations, logistics, workforce mobility, or comparable service organizations.
• Experience leading leaders across multiple operational functions within a complex global environment.
• Proven success driving operational excellence, business transformation, automation, or enterprise process improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets and driving cost optimization.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and build highly effective cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Crew Travel & Logistics function across all regions.
• Lead day-to-day operational performance of Crew Air Operations, Accommodations, Ground Transport, Port Agent coordination, Travel Expense Management.
• Ensure crew members arrive safely, compliantly, and on time to vessels worldwide with high service standards.
• Establish governance, SLAs, performance standards, and leadership routines for accountability and excellence.
• Translate enterprise priorities into scalable operational strategies and drive organizational growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to evolve operating models, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and cost, balancing efficiency with crew experience.
