Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks an Excursions Director to lead shore excursions, explorations, and guest experiences aboard our ships for the 2026 season. You’ll be responsible for excursions, transfers, and brand representation with energetic, guest-focused leadership.

You will coordinate logistics with vendors, oversee inventory and invoicing, and engage guests during port calls and on-board activities as a key part of our guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management required or preferred.
• Excellent public speaking and guest relation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work long hours at sea and onshore events.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and confirm shore excursions, explorations, and transfers.
• Be well-versed in cruising region, ports of call and excursions.
• Accompany guests as a brand ambassador on daily activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service and logistics.
• Promote excursions and manage inventory and invoicing.
