Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong public speaking skills and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, confirm and adjust shore excursions and transfers.
• Be well-versed in cruising regions, ports of call, and offered excursions.
• Accompany guests as a brand ambassador on daily excursions.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and ground operators for timely service.
• Inform crew of daily excursion offerings and updates.
