You will shape marketing and channel operations strategies, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and category teams, and optimize merchant onboarding and growth through data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in e-Commerce or strategy operations, strong analytical skills, and proven project-management ability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce or strategy operations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven experience in using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsabilités

• Shape Shoptab Marketing and Channel Operations Strategy across campaigns and BAU periods.
• Develop lifecycle strategies for merchant onboarding, growth, and maturity to drive shelf growth.
• Collaborate with category teams to standardize SOPs and product selection logic.
• Translate inbound operational requirements into product proposals and manage channel resources.
