Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel formulas; experience with design software is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for key brands and platform-priority merchants by analyzing performance data and market dynamics.
• Act as project owner for merchant strategy initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery.
• Lead data analysis efforts related to merchant performance and support quarterly/annual growth plans.
