Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience managing a large product catalog.
• Experience with Meta and Pinterest advertising.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
• Excellent written communication and copyediting skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a Shopify e-commerce platform, including product listings, merchandising, and website content.
• Maintain and organize a large product catalog, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Pinterest.
• Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and conversion opportunities.
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Manage product data, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory information.
• Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with leadership on content strategy, digital campaigns, and ongoing website improvements.
