Hello Adorn LLC seeks an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to own Shopify operations, run paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, and own reporting in Tableau. You’ll build launches, optimize campaigns, and create dashboards that inform decisions across marketing, brand, and the flagship store.

The role is hands-on, focusing on both platform execution and data storytelling, with collaboration across teams and a quarterly cadence for insights and optimization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Shopify admin experience including products, variants, collections, discounts, apps, and theme basics.
• Hands-on campaign management experience in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok Ads and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify admin including products, variants, collections, metafields, discounts, and settings.
• Build launches, weekly releases, and promotions in Shopify to go live on time and correctly.
• Administer and troubleshoot the app stack (loyalty, subscription, reviews, returns, CRM).
• Keep product data clean and consistent across Shopify, ERP, and connected platforms.
• Build and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google within account structures and budgets.
• Report weekly on spend, ROAS, CTR by campaign and trends.
• Build Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep flows feeding them from Shopify and ad platforms.
