Job summary

Running Gear Parts is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth for its Shopify-based store. You will craft and optimize campaigns across Google, social media, email, and content channels, while improving the store experience and conversions.

You will manage SEO/SEM efforts, perform analytics, and collaborate with design and product teams to deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on role requiring a creative, data-driven marketer with Shopify expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing with SEO/SEM, social media and performance marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify experience for store setup and optimization.
• Strong analytics to translate data into campaign improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and optimize Shopify store including theme customization, app integrations, and checkout flow for CRO.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to improve rankings and traffic.
• Implement CRO by testing landing pages, CTAs, and site layout based on user data.
• Create content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor analytics with Google Analytics and Tag Manager to measure performance and derive insights.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.
