Job summary

Hire Ecom is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to drive growth for USA-based brands. You will manage full-funnel campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce, focusing on SEO, paid media, and CRO.

You’ll collaborate with designers and developers, optimize ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and implement email automation with Klaviyo, Omnisend, and HubSpot to boost ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce marketing with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands.
• Deep understanding of Amazon PPC, Facebook & Google Ads, and multi-channel attribution models.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and performance-driven CRO strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and other analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel eCommerce marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Optimize Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce stores for better user experience and increased conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
• Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive sustainable growth.
• Execute email automation campaigns using Klaviyo, Omnisend, and HubSpot to nurture leads and improve customer lifetime value.
• Create data-driven marketing campaigns and continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
• Work with designers, developers, and content teams to align marketing with brand and business goals.
• Implement and optimize affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships to expand reach and revenue.
