Gymreapers is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to optimize our Shopify platforms and enhance the customer online shopping experience. You will own online revenue growth, conversion optimization, and merchandising while coordinating with marketing, IT, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Experience managing Shopify platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, ecommerce reporting, SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce platform operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising, search, navigation, and site content.
• Partner with marketing teams to plan and optimize SEO, paid search, email, affiliate, display, and social campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic, sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with IT, web development, and UX teams to improve site speed, usability, checkout performance, and customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity, ecommerce trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to keep the online business competitive.
• Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior leadership.
