Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. seeks an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue in a print-on-demand ecommerce setup. The role emphasizes SEO, PPC, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and CRM to boost brand visibility.

You will manage digital campaigns, optimize Shopify store performance, and work with designers to craft compelling marketing assets. A flexible, fast-paced environment supports growth and creativity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist in ecommerce/print-on-demand.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing.
• Experience with marketing tools and Shopify integrations, plus analytics and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for the print-on-demand store.
• Manage online advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram) for high ROI.
• Create and monitor email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promos, and product announcements.
• Oversee social media, develop content strategies to engage followers and drive sales.
• Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of trends.
• Optimize Shopify store for SEO with high ranking product pages and content.
• Develop in-store promotions including discounts, referrals, and affiliate programs to attract customers.
• Collaborate with design teams to create marketing materials (banners, ads, social posts).
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns with agencies, key influencers, and product promotions.
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure campaigns and adjust strategies.
• Develop partnerships with influencers and bloggers to expand brand reach and authority.
• Handle CRM with excellent customer service and issue resolution.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new tools and strategies.
