Job summary
Jonathan Adler seeks a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead daily operations of the Shopify-based ecommerce site, focusing on catalog management, pricing, inventory visibility, and content accuracy.
The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years in ecommerce, strong Shopify experience, basic front-end knowledge, and excellent Excel/data skills to drive insights and optimizations across channels.
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in ecommerce or related role.
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience; Shopify Plus is a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
- Comfortable managing ecommerce systems, integrations, and vendors.
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify ecommerce site.
- Oversee product setup, catalog, pricing, inventory visibility, and site content.
- Monitor site functionality and troubleshoot technical and customer experience issues.
- Partner with developers and external vendors on enhancements and integrations.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates.
- Create and maintain Excel reports analyzing sales, traffic, conversion and AOV.
