Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter 2026/27 for seasonal roles such as Cooks, Drivers, Instructors and more. Join our mountains team to enjoy free ski passes, free ski lessons, 40% retail discounts, Epic Service training, and wellness benefits from day one.

Starting wage is $20/hr; positions are Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 with at least 18 years old; housing is not provided. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through December 15 or until filled.

• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs (WINTER).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
