Job summary

Vail Resorts in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Tech for the winter season 2026/2027 in our world-class rental shop. You will provide equipment services and information for guests, helping create the ultimate outdoor experience.

The role involves tuning and repair work, guest service, and may include cashiering, retail, rentals, or other duties. A HS diploma or GED is required, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• 1-3 years leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Display mechanical aptitude to tune/repair skis and snowboards (ONLY FOR WINTER).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.

The expected pay range is$21.92/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
