Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring a Winter Seasonal Service Tech in Colorado. No experience required; training will be provided. You will help guests with equipment services, tune and repair gear, and work with a collaborative team in a high-energy mountain environment.

Starting wage is $20.00/hour with full-time hours during the winter season; housing is not provided. Must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests with training provided.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering, retail, rentals, or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned
