Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Winter Seasonal Service Tech to provide expert gear services and guest assistance at our mountain location. You will tune and repair equipment, advise guests on gear condition, and collaborate with teammates to ensure safety and exceptional experiences on the slopes.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, a HS Diploma or GED, and the ability to flex schedule including nights and weekends. Housing is available and seasonal benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• 1-3 years leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude to tune/repair skis and snowboards (winter only).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform both tuning and repair services for guests.
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting Wage: $23.75/hr - $26.57/hr
