• Assigns service tasks and work areas to technicians.
• Ensures proper staffing to meet repair deadlines.
• Oversees workmanship quality and shop safety standards.
• Maintains shop organization and cleanliness; manages work orders.
• Provides customers with detailed repair estimates and follows up on jobs.
• Mentors and coaches staff to promote teamwork and performance.
