Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct shop workflow and the Shop Monkey management system.
• Coach and train shop technicians to follow procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Inspect and schedule maintenance for shop tools and equipment; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure Shop Monkey procedures are followed and required fields are documented.
• Enforce PPE and safety policies (glasses, gloves, torque and lifting procedures).
• Oversee torque procedures and verify completion of torque steps for vehicles.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of shop personnel.
• Handle RTV paperwork and manage special customer orders and returns.
