T5 NC OPERATIONS LLC in Greenville, NC is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of shop operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a safe, productive environment. You will be responsible for staffing, inventory control, financial performance, and upholding company standards while delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Must be adaptable to change and lead through evolving business needs.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed product and service knowledge.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a 3-foot deep pit safely.
• Capable of walking, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions (hot/cold).

Responsabilités

• Supervise shop floor operations and ensure technicians are properly assigned.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels; conduct EOP and EOY inventory.
• Place product orders and manage stock levels.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Motivate the team and conduct payroll-related tasks.
• Create and manage crew schedules and develop staff.
• Ensure the crew delivers excellent customer experiences.
• Check in with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
