Job summary

RNR Tire Express of the Carolinas, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee seeks a Service Manager to oversee shop operations, direct workflow, and ensure safety and policy compliance. You will lead technicians, coach training, and manage the shop management system Shop Monkey to document and streamline processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, equipment maintenance, safety audits, RTV documentation, and assisting in hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising shop staff and directing work flow.
• Ability to implement and enforce shop procedures and safety policies.
• Strong coaching and training skills for technicians.
• Excellent scheduling and coordination of shop tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shop operations and direct flow of work in the shop.
• Instruct, coach, and manage shop techs to ensure procedures are followed and a safe environment.
• Utilize Shop Monkey for workflow management and documentation.
• Coordinate calibration, inspections, and maintenance of shop equipment.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of shop personnel.
• Ensure RTVs and vendor papers are processed and filed.
• Maintain daily and weekly shop schedules and safety audits.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and safety policy adherence.
• Address equipment and tool maintenance needs with management.
