RNR Tire Express of the Carolinas, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all shop operations in Greensboro. You will direct workflow using Shop Monkey, implement procedures, ensure safety, coach technicians, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, RTV paperwork, vendor communications, equipment maintenance, and participating in safety audits to keep service quality and efficiency high.

Responsabilités

• Oversee shop operations and direct workflow using Shop Monkey, ensuring all work is scheduled and executed according to procedures.
• Coach and train shop technicians, enforce safety policies, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect and maintain shop tools and equipment, scheduling maintenance and coordinating with management.
• Ensure documentation in Shop Monkey is complete and accurate; manage RTVs and vendor communications.
• Schedule staff, assist in hiring, and participate in monthly safety audits and daily calibration inspections.
• Oversee customer orders and returns handling, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as required by store management.
