Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all shop operations and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards. The role involves directing the workflow in the shop, coaching technicians, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

You will supervise tool and equipment inspections, manage maintenance scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation in Shop Monkey. In addition, you’ll support hiring and participate in monthly safety audits to uphold workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service operations and staff.
• Ability to train and coach technicians and enforce safety procedures.
• Familiarity with shop management software and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations in the shop and ensure workflow aligns with shop management program.
• Instruct, coach, train, and manage shop techs to follow procedures and maintain safety.
• Inspect tools and equipment daily; schedule maintenance and address equipment needs.
• Ensure documentation in Shop Monkey is complete and accurate.
• Assist with hiring and recruiting of shop personnel and manage daily staff schedules.
• Oversee safety trainings and enforce PPE usage and safety protocols.
