• Manage parts inventory including ordering, receiving, stocking and coordinating pickups/deliveries.
• Process invoices and maintain records; monitor min–max levels for inventory control.
• Handle obsolescence and warranty/return shipments to vendors.
• Maintain organized, clean parts room and support shop operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
