Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Parts Coordinator I to oversee parts ordering, receiving, cataloging and reconciliation at a single location.

The role also handles Purchase Orders and vendor payment requests to ensure the right parts are bought from the right vendors and inventory levels maximize customer uptime. Strong attention to detail and communication are required, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Typically 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, intermediate level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Process Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
• Ensure parts received are accurately recorded in inventory.
• Oversee parts obsolescence and return to vendors.
