Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education a plus.
• 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Experience with heavy‑duty truck parts, heavy equipment parts or automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving
• Processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Ensuring parts are properly recorded into inventory
• Overseeing parts obsolescence
• Shipping warranties and parts returns to vendors
• Maintaining parts room organization and cleanliness
• Contribute to cost containment through oversight and adherence to parts processes and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
