Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or similar issues-resolutions role.
• Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, and inventory at the location.
• Process Purchase Orders and vendor payments; ensure correct parts from vendors.
• Maintain inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.
• Handle shop calls and administrative duties, including accounts payable and repair orders.
