The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently or within a team. Pay is hourly, with a minimum and maximum of $29.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Safety sensitive: adhere to Ryder's Safety Standards; wear safety shoes; may operate a pallet jack.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up; acute attention to detail.
• Keep accurate records and logs; ability to data tabulate.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills; work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Execute parts inventory management processes including physical inventory.
• Parts ordering, receiving, coordinating pickup/delivery and stocking inventory.
• Processing of invoices.
• Maintaining records and statistics such as min-max levels.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory counts.
• Responsible for managing parts obsolescence.
• Responsible for shipping warranty and parts returns to vendors.
• Maintaining parts room organization and cleanliness.
