You will be responsible for overall store performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 8-12 employees.
• Recruiting and training new team members.
• Driving sales and maximizing store profitability.
• Achieving personal and store sales goals.
• Managing accounting, service, collections, and inventory.
• Delegating responsibilities effectively.

• Evaluating team performance and providing ongoing coaching.
