Job summary

USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Service Shop Manager to plan, lead, and review production operations, ensuring output and quality objectives while supervising a team of five or more shop employees.

The role includes hiring, training, and coaching staff to optimize performance on the shop floor. You will develop schedules, monitor performance, and allocate resources to maximize efficiency while upholding ISO standards and Motion Quality System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ten+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of machining processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five or more shop employees in skilled trades and machine operation.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimise labor, tools and equipment usage.
• Coach and assess staff performance, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulatory agencies and safety standards.
• Maintain and promote ISO and Motion Quality System and Loss Prevention program.
