Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a busy shop, provide outstanding customer service, and support daily operations. Paid training is available, and many team members advance from Crew to Shop Manager.

Use strong leadership and communication to train staff, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality oil-change service. Benefits include health coverage and growth opportunities.

• Experience in customer-facing roles is valued.
• Ability to lead and motivate a shop team.
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Oversee floor operations to ensure safe and efficient service.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Perform oil changes and other light maintenance tasks.
