The Shop Manager will recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the crew, manage inventory and payroll, and monitor shop finances to beat budget. Expect long hours in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, interviewing and onboarding staff.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to train others.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
