Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a top-notch customer experience, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Automotive experience is valued but not required, and paid training helps you learn the Take 5 way. You’ll train new staff, coach performance, and help keep the shop safe, efficient, and compliant with company standards while opportunities

Formación

• 6+ months customer service in a fast-paced service environment

Responsabilidades

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing safety and standards
• Train new team members and provide coaching
• Complete opening and closing procedures and assist with daily inventory
