Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in the United States is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team, recruit and train crew members, and ensure top service quality in oil changes and related maintenance. You’ll drive efficiency while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Experience is valued but not required; PAID TRAINING is provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop. In less than 60 days you can advance from Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shop environment preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours/week occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventory
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services
• Providing excellent customer service
