Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory and End of Period/End of Year stock checks
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew with oil changes and light auto services
• Driving excellent customer service
