Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations at our neighborhood oil change shop. We offer paid training and a clear path from crew member to leadership, with opportunities for rapid advancement.

Experience is valued but not required; we welcome energetic team players who enjoy customer service and can manage a team. You will provide excellent service, handle payments, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required; training provided.
• Must be able to lead a shop floor and supervise teammates.
• High emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor to ensure team coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform light maintenance.
