Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Shop Managers to lead our growing team. This role focuses on people leadership, training, and operational excellence in our quick-serve oil change shops.

Experience is valued but not required. We provide PAID TRAINING, career growth opportunities, and a path from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training. Earn up to $55k+ annually with base pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in shop management is valued but not required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills are essential.
• Paid training provided to learn the Take 5 methods.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and End of Period/End of Year stock.
• Understanding shop finances to drive results and budget usage.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Ensuring quality oil changes and other basic services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
