Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy oil-change shop. This role emphasizes people leadership, efficiency, and customer service, with paid training and a clear path for advancement. Experienced managers can earn $55,000 a year or more with base salaries and bonuses.

No prior management experience is required for some opportunities; Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training tracks are available to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required; PAID TRAINING provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and performing End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
